Michael Murphy is the Director of Regional Engineering Services Pty Ltd. He graduated from Monash University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honours.

Michael spent eight years with a national road construction company before moving into local government as Works Manager at Cootamundra Shire Council. In 2005, he established Regional Engineering Services and has since worked closely with local government authorities and land developers across southern New South Wales.

Regional Engineering Services Pty Ltd was founded in 2005, providing engineering survey and civil design services to Local Government and private developers throughout southern NSW.

The business has evolved from one staff member to a number of professional engineers utilising advanced survey and design technology, including modern total stations, GPS equipment and RTK accurate drones.

RES delivers comprehensive civil infrastructure design services covering roads, stormwater drainage, water and sewer reticulation, using industry leading software such as Civil 3D, Civil Site Design and DRAINS.

With engineers based across Southern NSW and strong professional alliances with complementary disciplines RES is well positioned to provide a comprehensive service.
